We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation, a 50% service charge will apply. For same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows, a full 100% service charge will be incurred. Please note that appointments will be forfeited and rescheduled if clients are more than 10 minutes late.
