Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedule requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 100% service charge.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and will need to reschedule.
All fees are charged to the card on file.
